In early 2026, Pisgah Investments Foundation issued a $30,000 matching gift challenge to inspire other local businesses and leaders to join them in supporting literacy. As a Corporate Sponsor, you help Literacy Together continue to open those doors for thousands in our community.
2026 Sponsorship details are listed here — we highlight sponsors throughout the year to our network of over 5,000 supporters. Additionally, sponsors receive special recognition at our annual Authors for Literacy Fundraiser. This premier event features a keynote address from a New York Times bestselling author, as well as inspiring testimonials from our students and staff. As a sponsor, you’ll receive tickets to the event and extensive promotion at the event and throughout the year.
Your support ensures that we are able to provide free, quality tutoring instruction and services to more than 7,000 individuals each year through our four programs:
- Adult Literacy students work with dedicated tutors to master reading and writing, opening doors to new opportunities, including high school diplomas.
- English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) tutoring provides students with the tools to break down language barriers and achieve their dreams.
- Youth Literacy tutors provide struggling readers with the support they need to build a solid foundation for lifelong learning.
- Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library® mails a free book to children every month from birth until five, nurturing a love of reading from the very beginning.
